Ireland and Netherlands feature in World Cup warm ups

Ireland and Netherlands will both be involved in the warm-up match schedule for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.

Both teams will travel to the sub-continent to play in two games each Ireland will face New Zealand on 12 February and Zimbabwe on 15 February both in Nagpur. Whilst the Netherlands will face hosts Sri Lanka on 12 February and Kenya on 15 February in Pallekele.

It will be a great opportunity for the two Associate countries to be involved in the pre- tournament warm up matches, as in line with previous ICC events none of these matches will carry official ODI status.
