On Saturday 19 May at Lord's Cricket Ground, ICC Europe hosted its annual Presidents' Day which invites European member country Presidents or representatives to London with a guest of their choice from within country, as well as other dignitaries as guests of ICC Europe.
The day is structured to invite guests to watch the cricket and enjoy a three course lunch courtesy of MCC hospitality and an afternoon tea, as well as match day ticket.
After a sit down lunch the Pepsi ICC Development Awards were handed out to the respective winners, the Best Overall Cricket Development Programme was awarded to Cricket Ireland), Best Women's Cricket Initiative went to Cricket Scotland who both received global recognition for the fanastic work done by both countries. Cricket Scotland received their second award which was Best Junior Participation Initiative, Michael Ziff collected Israel's for Spirit of Cricket Award as Thomas Kentorp from Denmark was presented with Best Cricket Promotion and Marketing Programme. Michael Selig was awarded Volunteer of the Year award for his tireless work in France, as Photo of the Year was award to Deryck Vincent of Ireland. Finally, the Lifetime Service Award went to Alex de la Mar of Netherlands. The awards were presented by former ICC President David Morgan and England & Wales Cricket Board CEO David Collier.
There was also presentations of the ICC European Coach of the Year Awards which went to Neil Brook and Brian O'Rourke.
Each year ICC Europe holds fundraising activities in aid of the Trevor Henry Memorial Fund. Trevor was one of Europe's top umpires who tragically passed away soon after being diagnosed with cancer in 2006. Shortly after this, ICC Europe set up the Trevor Henry Memorial Fund in his memory, the primary role of which is to award scholarships to promising European umpires enabling them to improves their education through exchange visits to other countries.
This year the raffle raised almost £1000. The winners were as follows:

3 bottles of Stoneburn Sauvignon Blanc- Fraser Stewart (MCC)
