Mudassar Bukhari claimed four wickets
Four wickets from Timm van der Gugten and Mudassar Bukhari gave the Netherlands’ ICC Cricket World Cup qualification hopes a boost on Saturday as the Dutch recorded a comfortable seven-wicket win over the UAE in the latest Pepsi ICC World Cricket League Championship game.
Van der Gugten took 4-41 and Bukhari claimed 4-32 as the UAE collapsed to just 96 all out, as only three players made double figures.
Indeed had it not been for a determined 41 from 81 balls from Rohan Mustafa in the middle order, the damage could have been far worse.
The Netherlands then coasted to victory from just 21.4 overs with Tom Cooper making 37 not out.
