Tom Cooper's 109 went in vain as Netherlands lost to Namibia on the fourth and final of its ICC Intercontinental Cup match against Namibia in Windhoek by 82 runs.
Netherlands started the final day in pursuit of the target of 320. The day started well for the visitors with a 52-run opening stand off just 46 deliveries.
But soon the visitors were in trouble slipping to 54 for three with pace bowler Louis Klazinga picking two wickets.
Cooper tried to rally the innings with his hundred which included 12 boundaries and a six. He added crucial runs with Daan van Bunge, Tim Gruijters and Mudassar Bukhari.
The best bowler for Namibia was 23-year-old left-arm spinner Bernard Scholtz, who picked 5 for 58, his fifth haul of five wickets or more in first-class cricket.
Namibia has now won three out of its five games, while Netherlands is yet to open its account.
