Ireland Women victorious at Pepsi ICC Europe Women's Division 1
Ireland Women's team won six out of six to storm to victory at the Pepsi ICC Europe Women's Division 1 at Rugby School.

The tournament was a round robin format, with each team playing each other three times completing six matches. Ireland won all its matches, Netherlands' beat Scotland twice and Scotland won one match against Netherlands.

Ireland's Cecelia Joyce was awarded Most Valuable Player after a 58 against the Dutch and 119 not out against Scotland on the last day of the competition which included 21 fours.

The tournament demonstrated the huge strides made by Cricket Ireland in recent months led by their outgoing Head Coach Trent Johnston who spoke to ICC Europe TV. Johnston was supported by Mark Lane, former coach of the England Womens team, and their experience clearly worked well for the Irish who dominated throughout the week with both bat and ball.

For Netherlands and Scotland the week provided them an opportunity to play some hard, competitive cricket. There were some standout individual performances from both sides, that will give them confidence as they prepare for ICC Women's World Twenty20 Global Qualifier next year. All the teams will be represented next year with the opportunity to qualify for the ICC Women's World Twenty20 in 2016.

ICC Europe and QuipuTV partnered together to bring live action wicket clips and highlights packages of the first two days of the Pepsi ICC Europe Women's Division 1 all available on ICC Europe TV. This was the first time a women's regional tournament was aired and reinforces the commitment to promotion of the women's game across the region.

The matches available on ICC Europe TV are:
Netherlands v Scotland
Ireland v Netherlands
Scotland v Ireland
