Last year's Victoria College Captain of Cricket and Jersey Island Player, Luke
Gallichan, attended at Lord's for an Achievement Day during the recent 1st

Gallichan was invited to attend as a guest of the MCC on the Saturday and was joined by his father Wayne and grandfather, Ted. At tea, Gallichan met MCC officials in the Long Room in the Main Pavillion. He was then led onto the pitch where he received his award from MCC President, Mike Gatting who recognised his Jersey tie and Victoria College as his scoring feat was announced over the tannoy.

Luke said, "It was an honour to represent Victoria College at Lords. The highlight of a fantastic day was walking down the steps onto the pitch to receive the award in front of the huge crowd."
